INVITATION TO TENDER - KMP 4263 - (SRN 6271) : SCAFFOLDER HIRE AT WORKSHOP AND PIT AREAS

Dear Bidder,

 

For your attention:

 

1. INTRODUCTION:

       Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is Tendering for Scaffolder labour hire at Maintenance Workshop and Pit Areas.

2. The Price tendered will remain valid for at least 90 days.  
3. Any contract entered into will be based on the terms and conditions contained herein following documentation:-

1. SECTION ONE: AGREEMENT
2. SECTION TWO: SCOPE OF WORK
3. SECTION THREE: PRICING
4. Kansanshi General Terms & Conditions of Contract rev 2 (Attached)
5. KMP-GSP-028G KANSANSHI CONTRACTOR’S SAFETY HANDBOOK (Attached)   

 

and the Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of such copies.

 

4. TENDER REQUIREMENT:

4.1   All tenderers must provide the following documentation: Documentation as per Tender Checklist attached.

5. TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

5.1   The Closing Date and Time for submission of tenders is 12^th June 2024 @ 16:59PM.

5.2   Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

6. TENDER DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

 

6.1   Tenders must be submitted by EMAIL to kantenders@fqml.com ONLY

6.2   In order to ensure the integrity of your tender information, you are advised not to copy anyone else. Should you send your bid to more than the recipients indicated, we cannot guarantee that details will remain confidential. Ensure that the email subject is  TENDER NO: KMP 4263 - (SRN 6271) : SCAFFOLDER LABOUR HIRE AT MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP AND PIT AREAS  

6.3   Please note that your e-mail should not exceed 9MB in size. If your tender is more than 9MB in size, please split it into more than one email.

7. TENDER AWARD

7.1   Furthermore, please consider your tender/bid as unsuccessful, when you do not receive a letter of award/ letter of intent or contract from us (KMP) within 21 days after the close of the tender.
