KMP 2887 CSR Transporting of Farming inputs - SRN3284

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is tendering for the Hire of a 8 to 10T Truck as per Scope of works and other documents attached. The price will remain valid for at least 90 days.

(c)         Section Three Pricing

(d)         Kansanshi  General Terms & Conditions of Contract rev 2 (attached)

(e)         KMP GSP 028 – Contractor Management  (attached)

(f)          KMP – 032 - General Safety and Health Requirement for Contractors in Zambia Updated 28.05.2018 (attached)

                       and the Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of such copies.

All tenderers must provide the following documentation: Documentation as per Tender Checklist attached.

6.0 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

The Closing Date and Time for submission of tenders is Friday  26^th  August 2022 @ 16:59PM. Late submission will not be accepted.

7.0 TENDER DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

8.0 TENDER AWARD
