KMP 2927 Stack Emissions Monitoring

Dear All,

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is tendering for Stack Emission Monitoring services to include Iso-kinetic dust loading, gaseous and flow measurement on the mine site, using US-EPA Method 5 Sampling train or STL Combi METLAB and any ISO or US-EPA certified portable gas analyser as per scope of work and other documents attached.

The Contractor will have to provide everything described in the tender document for the execution of this project.

2.0 TENDER DOCUMENTS FORMING PART OF THE CONTRACT

Any contract entered into will be based on the following documentation:-

(a)          The Agreement (To be provided once contract is awarded)

(b)          Scope of Work (attached)

(d)          Kansanshi  General Terms & Conditions of Contract rev 2 (attached)

(e)          KMP GSP 028 – Contractor Management  (attached)

(f)           KMP – 032 - General Safety and Health Requirement for Contractors in Zambia Updated 28.05.2018 (attached)

                       and the Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of such copies.

4.0  SITE VISIT

There will be no Site Visit.

5.0  TENDER REQUIREMENT

All tenderers must provide the following documentation: Documentation as per Tender Checklist KMP 2927.

6.0 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

The Closing Date and Time for submission of tenders is Wednesday 17 August 2022 @ 04:59PM

7.0 TENDER DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS 

-          Tenders must be submitted by EMAIL to Kantenders@fqml.com.

-          In order to ensure the integrity of your tender information, you are advised not to copy anyone else. Should you send your bid to more than one recipient, we cannot guarantee that details will remain confidential. Ensure that the email subject is: KMP 2927 Stack Emissions Monitoring.

-          Furthermore, please note that your e-mail should not exceed 9MB in size. If your tender is more than 9MB in size, please split it into more than one email.

Any tenders received after the Closing Time will not be considered.

8.0 TENDER RESULTS

- Please note that if you do not receive feedback from us two weeks after the closing date for submission of tenders, consider your tender to have been unsuccessful.
