KMP 4112 – Provision of labour to carry out works for Drainage Repair Works (Stone Pitching), Installation of Kerbstone/s, Erection of Road Signage and Head Wall

1.0 INTRODUCTION

 

Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is tendering for Provision of labour to carry out works but not limited to Drainage Repair Works (Stone Pitching), Installation of Kerbstone/s, Erection of Road Signage and Head Wall. The price will remain valid for at least 90 days.

 

2.0 Any contract entered into will be based on Kansanshi terms and conditions.

4.0  SITE VISIT

 

Site visit will be held on Wednesday 8^th May 2024 at 10.00hrs, meeting place will be at Boom Gate. You are advised to come an hour earlier to allow for induction at the boom gate. Kindly submit names of representatives to Kabila.Sitali@fqml.com

5.0 All bids must provide documentation as per Tender Checklist attached.

 

 

6.0 Your submission should be submitted separately as follows;

1. Commercial
2. Technical
3. Safety

 

7.0 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

 

The Closing Date and Time for submission of bids is Friday the 10^th May  2024 @ 16:59PM. Late submission will not be accepted.

-          In order to ensure the integrity of your tender information, you are advised not to copy anyone else. Should you send your bid to more than the recipients indicated, we cannot guarantee that details will remain confidential. 8.0 TENDER AWARD

Furthermore, please consider your tender/bid as unsuccessful, when you do not receive a letter of award/ letter of intent or contract from us (KMP) within 21 days after the close of the tender.
