Dear bidder,

1.0 INTRODUCTION

 

Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is tendering for  the Six monthly servicing and cleaning of extractor canopies for kitchens under the Facilities & Services Department. The price will remain valid for at least 90 days.

2.0 Any contract entered into will be based on Kansanshi terms and conditions.

5.0 All bids must provide documentation as per Tender Checklist attached.

7.0 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

 

• The Closing Date and Time for submission of bids is Thursday 30^th May 2024 @ 16:59PM. Late submission will not be accepted.

Should you send your bid to more than the recipients indicated, we cannot guarantee that details will remain confidential. 8.0 TENDER AWARD

Furthermore, please consider your tender/bid as unsuccessful, when you do not receive a letter of award/ letter of intent or contract from us (KMP) within 21 days after the close of the tender.
