KMP 5023 - Labor Hire for Maintenance Works During Smelter Shutdown – Scaffolders and Sheeters

1.0 INTRODUCTION

 

Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) is tendering for  KMP 5023 – LABOR HIRE FOR MAINTENANCE WORKS DURING SMELTER SHUTDOWN – SCAFFOLDERS AND SHEETERS as per Scope of works and other documents attached. The price will remain valid for at least 90 days.

 

2.0 Any contract entered into will be based on Kansanshi terms and conditions.

4.0  SITE VISIT

 

There will be no site visit.

5.0 All bids must provide documentation as per Tender Checklist attached.

 

6.0 Your submission should be submitted separately as follows;

1. Commercial
2. Technical
3. Safety

 

7.0 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE

 

The Closing Date and Time for submission of bids is Wednesday 8^th January 2025 @ 17:59 PM. Late submission will not be accepted.

-          In order to ensure the integrity of your tender information, you are advised not to copy anyone else. Should you send your bid to more than the recipients indicated, we cannot guarantee that details will remain confidential. Ensure that the email subject is LABOR HIRE FOR MAINTENANCE WORKS DURING SMELTER SHUTDOWN – SCAFFOLDERS AND SHEETERS.

 

-          Please note that your e-mail should not exceed 9MB in size. If your tender is more than 9MB in size, please split it into more than one email.

8.0 TENDER AWARD

Furthermore, please consider your tender/bid as unsuccessful, when you do not receive a letter of award/ letter of intent or contract from us (KMP) within 21 days after the close of the tender.
