Mainza Christine Mwanza is a certified SME finance expert, financial literacy trainer, and the proprietor of Talia Business Solutions. Before founding her business, she served as Branch Manager at Madison Finance, where she led initiatives in SME lending, client relationship management, and financial inclusion.
Since joining the North Western Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NWCCI) in 2022, she has contributed to strengthening financial governance frameworks and supporting entrepreneurs with financial education and advisory services.
