As Vice President of the North Western Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCC), I am dedicated to advancing innovation, youth empowerment, and sustainable enterprise development. I believe that investing in young talent and creative entrepreneurship is key to building a resilient and future-ready economy. Through strategic initiatives, I work to connect emerging entrepreneurs with the resources, mentorship, and partnerships they need to succeed.
Jermaine Lusekelo Mulusa is an entrepreneur and youth advocate passionate about innovation and inclusive growth. He is the Founder and Lead at Northwestern Creative Hub (Ikreate), a platform that nurtures young creators, supports start-ups, and drives opportunities in business and sports. Under his leadership, the hub also publishes a leading business magazine highlighting entrepreneurship, investment, and economic transformation in Zambia.
In addition, Jermaine oversees operations for Gulu Investments Limited in the North Western Province, focusing on construction, mining, and business development. His mission is to equip the next generation with the skills, tools, and connections needed to create, lead, and thrive.
